Changes and Cancellations must be communicated to C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH in writing via email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax on +49 30 89 04 36 70. Please refer to your order number when communicating changes and cancellations. Cancellations will be confirmed in 24 hours. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid. For extra nights asked after the first reservation, C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH will do its best to satisfy the request, however availability in the same hotel originally reserved cannot be ensured.
In the event of modifications to your booking, name or date changes are without restriction.
If you have to cancel your tour or private car transfer on short notice, please note that the following cancellation policy will apply:
There will be no cancellation fee for cancellations until 7 days prior to the event. For any cancellations after this point, no-shows or in the event of non-arrival, all payments made will be non-refundable.
