Terms and Conditions


1. TOURS
During the event period the C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH offers a Tour Programme as well as especially designed City Tours and private car transfers. You will find detailed information such as dates, times, itineraries, starting and end points etc. under www.ces-dmc.de.

All offered tours are subject to availability. Please note that a minimum of 20 persons is required for each city tour. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tours will not be effectuated. In this case you will be informed accordingly and the paid amount will be reimbursed in full. All tours include transfers in air conditioned coaches and English-speaking guides. Depending on the dates and times tours will start and end at the Hotel InterContinental Berlin.

2. BOOKING
Please book your tour in advance under www.ces-dmc.de. If booking multiple places, please click number of tickets. After sending data via the web server you automatically receive a confirmation email and invoice. Please print it out and present it to the guide at the bus. If this confirmation is not returned to you by email, your request has not been stored in the database and we kindly ask you to contact C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH.

Please note: Telephone bookings will not be accepted. Group reservations (over 10 participants) will be handled separately. Please contact C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH for further information. 

3. PAYMENT
When you book a tour or private car transfer, C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH collects your payment information and processes your payment via iPayment. C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Credit cards will be billed with the total amount for the tour or private car transfer reserved at the time of online booking. Credit card charges will be processed at the € (EURO) fee. When this is converted on your credit card statement to domestic currency the amount may be different than the € quoted. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit card payments. Full payment by credit is required to make a reservation. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced.

4. CONFIRMATION / INVOICE
After booking your tour or private car transfer you will receive a confirmation email. Please refer to your order number each time you contact C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH. Please note: The received confirmation is automatically your invoice and fulfils all requirements for invoices according to the German law.
Please print your confirmation email and present it as your ticket to the guide at bus. This confirmation is valid for you personally only. If you would like to have a name change please contact C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH before the event is taking place.

5. CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH
via email at the following address: berlin@ces-dmc.com or by fax on +49 30 89 04 36 70. Please refer to your order number when communicating changes and cancellations. All reimbursements will be effected after the event. In case of no show your tour will be cancelled automatically and no refund will be given. Booked tours or private car transfers can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the tours and/or private car transfer booked.

6. MISCELLANEOUS 
Every care has been taken in the compilation of this information. No liability can be accepted for any errors in the processing or transmission of data. The transfer, wholly or in part, of data into another media, or use for purposes other than those provided for here, is only allowed with the express permission of C.E.S. Congress & Event GmbH, Berlin. German law governs the contract. 

Court of jurisdiction and place of performance is Berlin.
